I usually use a Wolf Gang Puck California Pizza recipe that I love, howver, this pizza crust was so much easier to work with and tasted great!

My teenagers and I loved making and eating these pizzas. The crust is cruchy, a bit smoky and just divine. It reminds of the wood oven baked pizza at Patsy's in NYC.

This is a great, "family fun", recipe. My kids loved making the dough and choosing their own toppings. I was wooried about how it would cook on the barbecue and it was terrific. Ina has done it again!
