Best lamb I have ever eaten! I added a little bit of fresh thyme in the marinade, but otherwise made exactly as written. Yummy!

By far the best thing I ever grilled. Friends/Family who never had lamb or "did not like" loved it!!!

We served this at a party and the crowd went wild! I was a little apprehensive at first about the yogart marinade, but followed the recipe to the letter and it was very good. Tender and not the least bit 'gamey''. The Tzatziki was also very, very good. The recipe made twice as much as we used.
    Thanks Ina.

Absolutely perfect! Get the 9# bone-in leg if serving for a party/get together. Its quite impressive sitting in the middle of the table.

Grill geeks-this one is a definite keeper you'll make again and again!

I've used this marinade 3x but I don't grill it. Instead, I roll it, truss it and broil it on a rotissierie to an internal temp of 130-135. Absolutely fabulous. Did 3 legs for a party of 30 and everyone went wild over the meat. Thank you Ina!

I've never made lamb before, in fact I don't care for it very much, but my family loves it so I wanted to try it out. This recipe has definitely converted me, the meat was tender and juicy and full of flavor (even though accidentally overcooked it! It didn't have that strange gamey taste that turned me off lamb before. My only change was to use thyme instead of rosemary as we don't care much for that flavor. Everyone loved it, even those of us who are not lamb fans. I knew I could count on Ina!

Best lamb I have ever had. Not gamey at all and very tender.

I love this recipe! Unfortunately I didn't have the yogurt on hand and it's hard to find greek style yogurt here, but the marinade is still amazing. Served the roasted sqaush salad with it. Great dinner!!! I love Ina!!

This is the second time that I have made this lamb dish for Easter and it is wonderful. Great flavor and tender! Family who aren't fans of lamb loved the dish! It is wonderful to serve with the Tzatziki (cucumber, mint, and yogurt, Tabbouleh, and hummus for the meal. If any leftovers, serve in a pita pocket! Great!
