I loved this recipe. It sounded so good, I decided to make this dish for a dinner party of 8. It was a huge hit. The dipping sauce was lovely. The chicken was perfect, cooked and very tender and the marinade made it SO good. Everyone raved and I'll definitely make this again. Very, very easy.

You can close your eyes and choose anything from Barefoot Contessa to make and it always comes out perfect - always a crowd pleaser!

These were so good. The chicken alone is great and the dip is phenomenal. I used Vermouth instead of Sherry. Delicious!!

I find it particularly hard to flavor chicken and usually rely on an accompanying sauce. However, I thought the marinade for this chicken was very effective. I scored the chicken and marinated it for 24 hours, and the resulting chicken was moist and filled with a great lemon flavor. I wouldn't marinate it for longer than that, as the lemon juice would probably make the chicken mushy. I didn't try the satay dip, but instead sliced the grilled chicken and tossed it with vegetables and a light lemon vinaigrette.

We have served this recipe a hundred different ways and it's always good. Super easy. You can buy the Satay sauce at specialty food stores pre-made (that's really good too.

Have made this recipe many times, it's truly excellent. Peanut sauce lasts for weeks in the refrig, so I always have some left for the next time.

This recipe was hit with my family...my boys loved it. It was last minute, so we only marinated the chicken for about 20 minutes, but it tasted delicious! With a salad, it was a quick and easy dinner!
