This is great without the bread! Wonderful flavor and the dressing is just out of this world. Of course the bread makes it even better, but a great low carb alternative.

Once again, Ina doesn't disappoint. Loved this recipe, added a little feta at the end to give it a final touch of saltiness.

Ina can do no wrong! I made this last summer for the first time and have since made it almost weekly. I also started adding eggplant and zucchini to the grilled veggies, omitting the capers, I use balsamic vinegar, and also add slices of avocado and buffalo mozzarella. I also usually use french bread or fresh multigrain because it is easier to find here. I could eat it everyday.

We made this in the summer and I just ran across it again. This is absolutely fabulous!!! The dressing and the capers make the dish. We are making it again tonight with her Tuscan Lemon Chicken. You ,must try it!!!
1 tip: if you are not going to eat all of it leave the bread out and add to just what you are eating. It gets soggy in the frig.

Like with all of Ina's recipes, this one is no different, delicious and easy to make. The flavors of the grilled vegetables are just perfect. The crunch from the bread, and the fresh herbs, what's not to like?

I didn't have any cucumbers in the house, so I grilled 2 ears of sweet corn and added it to the salad with a couple of handfuls of cold baby spinach, and some baby tomatoes. I can't wait to have the leftovers tomorrow. I think I will add some white beans to it. Thanks Ina - your recipes are so easy and always delicious.
