Ingredients
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- Good olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Heat a charcoal grill with coals. Spread them out in one dense layer and brush the grill with oil. Place the cherry tomatoes on skewers, threading them through the stem of the tomato. Brush the tomatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place the tomato skewers on the grill, turning once, until seared on the outside but still firm inside, about 5 minutes.

So easy and flavors galore. Possibly new info for some readers...went to produce section of local grocery store. In the tomato section they had cherry tomatoes still attached to the entire vine. I bought a few packages, washed the attached tomatoes carefully then put the entire vine-tomato "item" on the grill per Ina's instruction. Success and flavor! Additional perk...our "kebab" was the natural vine!
