Bryan - I just finished my cold leftover tuna roll from last night...let me say it was delicious! I thought it was even better today - the flavors had a chance to meld overnight in the fridge. I hope you enjoy yours as well!
Also, for what its worth, I'd recommend cutting back on the salt in the recipe too. I followed Ina's recipe exactly, and it was a bit salty for my taste. But that was easily solved by following Ina's advice and adding a bit less of the dressing to the veggies and tuna in the final step. Overall, a delicious and healthy meal!

Ditto..I was thinking exactly what you said when I read that review. Thanks for saying it. Oh, and-this recipe is delicious as are pretty much all of Ina's recipes.

Made it today for dinner with friends and it turned out perfect. Definitely on my list to make for lunch when I have friends in from out of town. I refrigerated the leftover and plan to eat it as a cold roll tomorrow for lunch at work. Has anyone tried this as a leftover? Any good?

Tuna, avocado and lime are 3 of my favorite ingredients and this recipe marries them all beautifully. This dish is easy yet the flavors are complex enough to make it seem like you spent a lot of time preparing. Definitely worth a try.

I really enjoyed this recipe. I modified it to make it low-carb by substituting the rolls and arugula for iceberg lettuce wraps. I personally prefer a little more heat, so I'll probably add more wasabi powder and tobasco next time around, but the lime with the soy sauce was incredible, and I loved the avocado. I might also add some grated ginger to enhance the flavor, or marinate the tuna in something to kick it up a notch. Over all, healthful, tasty, and incredibly fast and easy to make.

There was way too much lime in this recipe. Ina suggested two limes juiced, but I think I should have measured the 3 TBS. the recipe required. The taste of lime overpowered all the other flavors. I think this was my mistake not Ins's.
