Easy to make and delicious - I mixed the avocado with all ingredients and then mixed some of it with salad greens. I then added the tuna to the remaining avocado mixture and piled it on top of the salad. It was delicious. My husband loved it as well. I will definitely make this one again.

Seriously one of the best recipes I've ever made. Because I'm doing weight watchers, next time I might try half the olive oil and salt... just to see if there's a difference.

This recipe is so easy to made, and it only takes about 30 minutes. I cooked my tuna for a minute on each side and it came out a little too well done for my liking (I like it rare, just make sure to watch it and consider the thickness of your tuna as it will vary. The only problem I had with this recipe is the dressing, it came out way too limey. I eventually added extra olive oil and sesame oil, and some honey to cut the tang. It worked after lots of tasting.

Good recipe but with changes it is outstanding! I make sushi and we eat very rare tuna often. First never cook good sushi tuna on a grill. Use a cast iron skillet on high heat with a little EVOO & butter and cook for 30 seconds on each side. I use 2 avocados, less lime juice and larger rolls.

I cook a lot and this was the best thing I ever made. It was easy, and delicious. I addeda a tablespoon or 2 or creamy peanut butter to the dressing. Next I'm going to make the lentil soup that was featured in the show!

I seasoned and seared the tuna on my George Forman grill. I was in a hurry so I served the tuna without the dressing. It was so tasty and delcious! I'm sure that it's even better with the dressing but I was happy and satisfied without it. Every one of Ina's recipies that I have made (I have 2 of her cookbooks is delicious! Thank you Ina!

yes i agree...a little too salty but a keeper! i did not put it in bread..served it on a bed of arugula...was yummy...but!! the only thing...the tuna ends up looking like the avocodo??anybody else feel that?
