Amazing! I thought this sandwich was fabulous. The flavors of the avocado, lime and fresh fresh tuna combined in a terrific dinner worthy sandwich was outstanding. Thank you Ina!

Love love love this! Have made this two times already. And I don't have wasabi powder and it is Excellant without it, I can only imagine how much better it would be with it.

The flavors combined were awesome! I had mine on the roll, my husband ate the tuna "salad" out of the bowl and it is fabulous both ways. In our house, this is known as a "keeper". P.S. I cook with low sodium soy so the salt content was not a problem.

THis is one of the recipes that I make over and over again! The arugula and toasted bun really make a difference. I cut the salt in half and it;s still delicious. My husband loooooves these!

I saw this episode a while ago and the thought of the ahi tuna rolls stuck in my brain. Instead of arugula I used shredded Bok Choy and Napa Cabbage which added a satisfying crunch. If you are not worried about calories - spread a layer of Wasabi Mayo on the bun.

My husband and I enjoy this recipe very much. It travels well and I like to take it on the boat for lunch. I wrap the sandwich with parchment paper and then wrap it in plastic wrap. The tuna needs to be as fresh as possible.

I have been looking for a good tuna recipe without my beloved mayo (calories and this is it! It's got enough flavor to keep me away from the mayo. And I didn't add any salt.....enough in the tuna. And I used my own home canned tuna with it, just great!

Great recipe! We used two avocados and toasted split yeast rolls. BUT there is WAY TOO much salt...decrease the salt to a few pinches (and we used low sodium soy. It's beautiful and a great recipe. We love it and will make it again and again!! Thanks Ina for makin' us smile!!
