This recipe is amazing! I added 2 avacados instead of 1, everything else was perfect. Also, we were unable to get arugula so we used mixed baby greens which were perfect! Thanks again Ina for an amazing recipe!

My only addition to this perfect recipe was a splash of sesame oil to the dressing! It really brought out the flavors from the wasabi and toasted sesame seeds. This recipe is a winner and my husband and I ate it over a bed of mixed greens. I did reduce the amount of red onion as half would have been too much. Another winner from Ina!

After reading reviews I decided to cut the salt and pepper in half and I'm glad I did. This was a WONDERFUL recipe bursting with flavor. I omitted the rolls and served on a bed of lettuce, along with hard boiled eggs and crackers...... You will love this healthy dish and it's really a keeper with the salt/pepper revision.

I cannot get over how much salt this woman puts into her recipes. I mean I love Ina and Jeffery is a lucky man, but his blood pressure must be through the roof. Always taste her recipes as you go and adjust the salt to taste.

We made this for the first time this past Christmas Eve. It was such a hit, until my sister-in-law knocked the platter off of the counter onto the floor. Thankfully we had a few on another plate, and still managed to save some.

This is the first Ina recipe I made, which I'd stumbled upon in a magazine a year ago. Even my husband - who wouldn't normally look at (let alone eat! tuna that wasn't cooked thoroghly - really likes this. The only modification I made is to substitute the arugula lining the roll with sweet deli cole slaw. I find the sweetness is a nice contrast to the lime, onion, etc.

I made this for my husband and nephew. After a few bites, my nephew said "I think I might cry because this is so wonderful". A new family favorite!

I made it per the recipe and found it fabulous. I did not serve it in the rolls, but as a salad on top of arugula. I served the mulit-grain bread along side it. No additional dressing was needed for the arugula. I will definately be making this again.

I never got to the point of appreciating all the great flavors in this recipe because it was way too salty. When I reviewed the ingredients, I should have known that 2 teaspoons of kosher salt was excessive. I am going to try again one more time without the brine.
