As she says in the video, this guacamole is pretty "killer". I loved the technique she used to take the seeds out of the tomatoes to keep the dip from getting too watery, which is a problem I've always had in the past. I also like how she slightly mashes it using a regular butter knife to keep it nice and chunky.

I made this for a bunch of guests and they all gobbled it up. This is good "go to" recipe for good guac! Thanks, Ina.

I made this recipe several times for pitch-ins . Every time the guests rave about the flavor and the bowl is licked clean. Next time I will have to make a double batch. Sorry Ina, but the last time I added cilantro and the guacamole was still delicious.

I made this last night for my weekly girls club. Everyone raved over how fabulous it was. One batch was not enough for this crowd. Will definitely make this again!

I doubled the recipe because, as with all of Ina's recipes, my family inhales every bit!! ...maybe I should triple it next time...

Garlic, avocados, onions and hot sauce! What is not to like about this recipe? The best guacamole recipe, ever!! I followed the recipe exactly. It was easy and came out delicious. I agree with the previous reviewers, you will scrape every bit out of the bowl on this one! Awesome flavors!

I made this for the first time a few months ago for my fiance and his USMC buddies. It is now a "must have" at our house whenever they come over. The bowl is literally licked clean every single time. It is amazing if I ever get a bite myself!
