Deliciously addicting and so easy. The hardest part is making sure I have ripe avocados to make the recipe. The second time I made this I added cilantro.

This guacamole is SO good it's hard to believe how simple the recipe is. I love cilantro so I added a chopped handful. It sounds strange to add lemon juice to guacamole instead of lime juice but it really does taste delicious! Will be my go to recipe, but I still do want to try making it Alton Brown's way.

great guac but if prefer alittle minced jalepeno in stead of the hot sauce and a little chopped cilantro to but the chunky chop for the avacodos is the way to go ummm

My love for avocados has made me want to love guacamole. I have tasted many recipes, from packaged to homemade, but I have never been a fan. This recipe, however, is the best tasting guacamole I have ever tasted--hands down! I don't know what makes this one stand out--maybe it's the chunks instead of mashing the fruit (a texture issue with me or maybe the addition of the hot sauce or red onion. I have made it 5 times within the last two weeks and shared it with friends who do not eat avocados. They all loved it.

This recipe was soo good!! I couldn't get enough! I didn't put the tabasco/ hot sauce, but I did add some cilantro which did the trick. Highly recommended.

The best guacamole I have ever eaten. I make it all the time and I always get complements on it when I make it for other people.
