Very delicious and fresh tasting. I would probably add jalapenos instead of the tabasco for the extra kick, because the tabasco seemed to take away a bit of the freshness and added a more vinegary element to it. However, I have to admit,I couldn't keep my hands out of this dip! Yumm!

Delicious, simple, chunky guac. Added a jalapeno because I had one on hand. Devoured in minutes.

This was the 1st Barefoot Contessa recipe I've ever made, I followed it to the "T" the only thing was I had ran out of Texas Pete Hot Sauce so I substituted it for 2 packets of Taco Bell Hot Sauce. THIS WAS THE BEST GUACAMOLE RECIPE I'VE EVER HAD!!!!
I'm really looking forward to trying many more from her.

It's addicting! Very easy. I put three cloves of garlic instead of the one. My go to recipe for guacamole.
