This recipe was easy to prepare and the taste was wonderful. You can easily change the ingredients and make this a dozen different ways for more variety. Although, the dijon mustard, ham, and cheese is a wonderful start.

I had a really hard time at first with this format. I'm finally getting it, and I think I like it. Maybe the reason not to have the chefs name on the recipe has to do with copywrite laws. I haven't made this recipe, but I will, and I know it will be great. Ina is always five stars with me.

Both the Ham and Cheese in Puff Pastry and the Blue cheese walnut wafers
were delicious. I agree with those who do not like the revised Food Network
format. And, am I the only one who gets the printed recipe WITHOUT the
chef's name or Rating.

I was hosting a party the night the show aired and did this and the roasted shrimp cocktail. Most of the guest were men so their only complaint was wanting MORE. I made this earlier in the day and refrigerated it until 30 min till I wanted to serve it. I think next time however I'm going to double up on the ham.

I agree with Nill, it used to be SO easy to find shows and the recipe, now it is somewhat confusing and takes a lot of time, I love all the shows and it is great to know, even if it takes time, you can get them!

As usual - Ina comes through with a great recipe. I did it exactly as Ina did it and everyone loved it. I used it for a luncheon and had a side salad which was perfect. It is very rich and delicious. Thank you for another great recipe.

I was trying to figure out what to make for brunch this morning without having to go to the grocery store. I had only one sheet of puff pastry. a few slices of leftover ham and mozzerella cheese. I didn't have grey poupon - like ina uses in the show either - i only had nance's mustard.
I halved the recipe, used mozzerella cheese instead of gruyere and used the substitute mustard and it turned out perfectly! I added a little salt. My husband especially loved it. served it with salad and orange slices. the homemade "hot pockets" (as my husband called them were so rich that they carried the whole meal. Halving the recipe was the perfect amount for two people, if you're serving this with light salad for lunch or brunch. if you're serving them for a cocktail party, like ina did, a whole recipe would probably be enough for 6-8 people depending on what else you were going to serve.
i know I'll be making this again. i'm just going to have to try not to make it too often because that puff pastry is so fattening! (but so good!
thank you ina! your recipes are brilliant!

having such a difficult time finding all the shows listed together daily like before
especially the inclusion of the present day, like today's (6 Dec recipe above.
How I got here I don't even remember.
I love your shows. Foodnetwork is like MS's welcome sign "it's like coming home". Today someone had changed the locks.
