I made these to put in gift baskets for the holidays but I ended up eating most of them and had to make another batch. They were everyone's favorite and they were simple to make.

I saw the episode this recipe aired on just by accident and I am very glad I did! I made the truffles and brought them to my company's Christmas party. They were a HUGE hit! Simply delicious! Thank you so much!

Phenomenal! Couldn't possibly be better except to make them a little smaller because everyone wants more than one!
They are very easy to make. Must use really high quality chocolate.

I doubled the recipe for a movie night. Everybody liked the truffles very much.
A little bitter, but good to make for a party since they are so easy to make.
Make sure to refrigerate them for more than 1 hour and work fast when rolling them on the hazelnut since they melt quickly.

These are ok. I thought they tasted a bit bitter using that much bittersweet chocolate. I made a second batch with about 2/3 semi-sweet and 1/3 bitter and I liked that batch a lot better, but I don't think I like them enough to make them part of my regular repertoire. In both batches I didn't use the coffee.

These were good - but a little harder to work with than I expected. If you like dark chocolate, you will love these. They are a perfect hostess gift.
