Wow, yum! I normally like a smaller dice on the bread crumb, but I must admit, having these larger crouton type crumbs in the stuffing was quite a nice bite, with the apple and herb flavors. Thank you, Ina, for sharing this! Was able to enjoy it as a part of my Thanksgiving Meal Number One, lol! :D

I made this a couple of years ago when hosting Thanksgiving. It is hands down my favorite stuffing and everyone raved. I'm hosting again this year and will be making this again. The only thing I change is the nut....I prefer pecans. I may try sage this year instead of rosemary....but then again, I might not.

This was absolutely delicious! It is now May and I still can't get over how good it was....I have even made it a few times since Thanksgiving. My husband and I will be having this every thanksgiving/christmas season for a looong time.

I love Ina and her creations, she is so talented and I plan to make this stuffing this year along with that awesome turkey recipe with the truffle butter, that is the best turkey I ever made. I also added the truffle butter to the mash potatoes and everyone raved about my dinner. :
PS. It annoys me when people do not follow the recipe and then complain about it in reviews.
