This was great! I have hated every pork recipe I have ever tried. My husband loves pork, so I keep searching for "the recipe" that we can both enjoy. This is it! I have to admit I only marinated for 2 1/2 hours and used bottled lemon juice as this was my time constraint and ingredient limitation but I did use every thing else fresh. I cant wait to see how much better this will be with fresh lemon and a longer marinade time. The auj jus with the drippings and meat juice was great as well, we added some chicken stock and white wine and thickened slightly with a flour /water mix. Excellent!

This was excellent!! I did cook for 20 minutes based on other reviews and that worked perfect. The flavors all work together so nicely and my entire family enjoyed it! This is definitely a keeper!

Very tender, very moist and looks beautiful. Do not fear the amount of lemon juice, it adds a nice but subtle flavor and compliments the thyme. I cooked the tenderloins in the oven for 20 min after searing and they were perfectly pink inside without being raw. My guests were very impressed. I served it with green beans, crescents, and a salad.

I recently made this dish for some friends and it is so easy to make. Marinating the night before is not only essential for the best flavor and texture, but really makes pulling it together a snap. We followed the recipe exactly and it came out moist and delicious. Served it with some cheesy parmesan orzo and simple sauteed green beans w/ almonds. Really impressed our guests!

After 114 reviews, why write another one? Because it is UTTERLY delicious and so fast to prepare! I only marinaded it 3 hours in the fridge & it cooked so fast (take if off at 137 degees - trust Ina and wonderfully on my GRILL PAN! Absolutely delicious! I marinated a single (1 lb pork tenderloin, with the recipe halved, for only about an hour and then put it on the grill with some aluminum foil under it like a little bowl to hold in the marindade and keep it from sticking to the grill. Grilled for about 15 min, flipping four times. So very good! Yum!

This pork tenderloin came out perfect. I actually marinated for over 24 hours and tons of flavor was infused in the meat. I had to cook it for over 20 minutes but make sure you allow for the resting or the meat will be overcooked.
