Oh my this was great. I had a good feeling that it was when I picked this recipe out of the heap since it had so many of my favorite flavors. I rarely review, but I have to on this one. It's amazing! I'll quote another reviewer to sum it up. The tenderloing was succulent! Soooooo tender.

Wow, I made this for Christmas dinner and it received rave reviews from all. Such flavor, and very tender. I am normally my wors critic, but I even impressed myself on this one. Definitely a keeper!

My husband is not fond of lemon flavors, but he really loved this one! We watched the show today while doing our Saturday housework, and he said we should make it for dinner. It was great!
We did cut the recipe in half and used two small tenderloins and we left out the rosemary because neither of us really care for it.
Another winner, Ina! Thank you so much!

So, simple, so good. Made it for two different dinner parties...couldn't have gotten better reviews! My guests loved it! I can't wait to make this again. I made a nice orzo pasta to compliment the pork. YUM!

SO GLAD INA LOVES LEMONS BECAUSE SHE HAS CREATED A WONDERFUL MARINADE . DELICIOUS ...MY ONLY CHANGE WAS TO CUT DOWN A BIT ON THE ROSEMARY, BUT THAT'S A PERSONAL CHOICE.
TENDERLOIN WAS SUCCULENT, FLAVORFUL AND EVEN GOOD COLD THE NEXT DAY. THANKS, SWEETIE ...YOU ARE FABULOUS

All I can say is wow!!! This recipe was so easy and super delicious. I marinated the tenderloins overnight and they were so flavorful and delicious. I did cook them to about 145 degrees (I like my pork pretty done, but followed the recipe exactly otherwise. It required a little prep the night before, but the next day, little preparation was needed and dinner was ready in a snap. Thanks, Ina!

What an absolutely fantastic recipe. Because I'm on Weight Watchers, I cut the olive oil back to a 1/4 cup and the tenderloins still came out beautifully.I will definitely serve this for dinner guests! Thank you again, Ina.
