I have never seen pork tenderloin like this before!! It was so delicious and very juicy! I didn't have thyme, but it still tasted good without it. And I used honey mustard because I didn't have dijon. But it was still delicious, and has become a family favorite!!!

This was very, very good. I marinated the pork tenderloin for about eight hours and then grilled it. This marinade would be good with chicken breasts, too. Even my kids liked it, and they don't like much!

I marinated the pork overnight. Also, instead of sauteeing and finishing in the oven, I grilled the pork. It was really flavorful. I served it to my friends for dinner and they really liked it. The pork was pretty juicy, too.

I marinated the tenderloin for six hours (due to scheduling and followed Ina's cooking directions to the letter. It was so delicious and tender. My husband wants me to include this recipe in my collection form now on.
I've decided to make it for guests, it's easy to prepare and the flavor is wonderful. I plan on paring it with roasted root vegetables in the fall and winter.
Thank you, Ina, for another great recipe!!!!!

Following Ina's advice, I marinated the pork tenderloins overnight. After cooking they were luscious -- tender, moist and full of flavor. My entire family loved the recipe. I served the meat with Ina's Greek salad and an almond rice pilaf. The entire dinner was a five-star success. Everyone wanted the recipes; I will be making this again and again.

I made this for a dinner party last night and everyone is still raving. Ina delivers again. The recipe was perfect. I grilled it instead of cooking in the oven and heated the marinade and drizzled it on top of the sliced pork. It was great! Very tender, juicy , and full of flavor.

I loved it and my husband actually made a compliment on it! (usually mumbles something like, yah it was ok I used half the marinade on the prk, and the other half on a bone in skin on chicken breast. Loved it on both!
