this was the first time I cooked beef tenderloin but after seeing Ina on her recent show, I was not afraid at all.She always explains the steps so anyone can get it. this was so tender and juicy. This receipe is a keeper to make anytime. Thanks you Ina. I have all your cookbooks ...keep them coming.

We just finished our dinner with this pork tenderloin as our main dish. It was just delicious! I followed the recipe "as is" with just a little less salt (heart problems and put it on the grill for 18 min. until 148 (135 is just not done enough. It was pink in the middle, juicy and oh so flavorful. This is my "go to" recipe for now on.

This had great flavor and is a nice change from the traditional pot roast. I already had a pork roast and used that instead of tenderloins. I also had to cook it in a crockpot since the beloved death of our oven and it turned out great. I seared the roast in a pan to brown it and place it in the crockpot. I also kept the marinade in with the roast and basted every so often. I just ate the leftover in a panini. YUMMY!

I made this for the first time tonight and it was a huge success! The flavor of the lemon juice and zest came through along with the herbs. I marinated two large chicken breasts and one pork tenderloin. I think the flavor of the marinade came through better with the breasts, but it was delicious on the pork as well. We cooked ours on the grill also and it was perfect. Thanks, Ina~This one's a keeper!

Very tasty as all Ina recipes are. Simple marinade. The tenderloin was a bit tough on the ends, but I assume that my own fault as I do not have a meat thermometer and am paranoid about under-cooked meat. Bonus - the pan drippings were out of this world

I have tried at least 10 different pork tenderloin marinades in the last six months, and this one is the best. My husband and I both thought this one is a winner. Thanks.
