I unfairly rated the recipe 5 stars, because I did not make it. I have a question and don't know where to go other than fellow Food Channel fans. When I watched this recipe on TV today, I thought that Ina poured a cup of chicken broth over the potatoes. However, the recipe only calls for 2 tablespoons of broth, added to the dressing.
Hopefully someone still has this on their DVR and can watch it, to see if I'm imagining things or not.

My husband doesn't eat mayo, and requested potato salad. Naturally, I looked to Ina for something amazing! Luckily, as my husband was chopping the tarragon he said, "I don't think I like tarragon..." and so I decided to try some just in case. Ew yuck gross...tastes like black licorice! We saved the dish (for us by omitting the tarragon and replacing it with basil instead. This is a GREAT base recipe that can be adapted to whatever you'd like. It turned out amazing!

This is a great recipe for non-mayo potato salad. Since I was out of lemons I substituted champagne vinegar and was amazed at the taste. Even my hubby loved it and he is quite fussy.
Thanks for another good one Ina.

Best potatoe salad ever! not slimy like the ones made with mayo. I used fingerling potatoes and they were perfect. Also I only put in one teaspoon of lemmon juice, I prefer less acidy taste, and it came out just right. In 10 minutes all the dressing was absorbed by the warm potatoes. You can take this salad to any party and it will be a hit.

This isn't the potato salad I know and love. It reminds me of a German-style potato salad, which I don't prefer. However, the recipe is super simple and if you like German potato salad, you may enjoy this greatly!

I made this recipe for a barbeque. I was looking for lighter options to traditional potato salad that's loaded with Mayo. I thought this was a very good salad, and well received by my guests. I would suggest letting it sit for a few hours before serving, because the taste just gets better the longer the potatoes absorb the dressing.

I am allergic to eggs and so mayo is a non-starter. This recipe has turned potato salad into something that I love eating. My guests love it too and it is often requested at our summer cookouts.

Delicious, but not as delicious as it could have been. My own fault, I didn't make enough dressing. Still one of my favorite potato salads. It's refreshing to have one that isn't completely covered in mayonnaise.
Just make a lot of dressing and give it plenty of time to sit.
