and I love it but I 've made seom adjustments. I use all of the herbs she suggests, cut the potatoes in smaller chunks so all the flavor permeates, and I make it a day ahead to let the flavors meld. First time I tried it, we ate it immediately after fixing and I wasn't thrilled with the flavor so tried again with adjustments and it was great. Nice change from mayo and german types of potato salad.

This was a fast and easy side dish for any occasion. The best part is that it can be kept at room temperature. I added some cooked bacon in at the end. It was the fist thing people went for and was gone in no time!

I made this recipe with Chicken Salad Veronique and it was a huge success! Everyone asked for the recipe and they went home and served it for other special occasions. The two dishes are perfect together becuase of tarragon is used in both dishes. I used Yukon Gold potatoes and they made for an especially creamy potatoe salad and served it warm. One of my new favorites!

I made this for an extended family dinner and everyone liked it. I couldn't find the white potatoes, so I used red, which worked perfectly fine. Very good the next day!

I made these last night and they were the best potatoes we ever tasted! Today we have lots leftover and we will be having them for a great Independence Day lunch. They will taste even better today after marinating all night in the fridge. Mmmm. Can't wait! Thanks, Ina!

The best potato salad I ever made. I didn't have white wine, so I substituted sherry, and had no tarragon, so added a mixture of thyme and chives. So tasty that I'm not sure if it is going to make it to the dinner table tonight.

This potato salad was very good. I made it for my bookclub and everyone really loved it. I love traditional potato salad with mayo, but this version makes you feel like you are a little "gourmet" without any added effort! I omitted the wine and the onions and it was still wonderful. Also, this version is much better the second day than the mayo version.

Or just use Brianna's Brand Vinaigrette Salad Dressing and then add some mustard, parsley, etc.
