Very yummy! I didn't have Thyme so used Parsley and came out great. Very simple, fresh and delicious!

I love, love this recipe. So delicious and yet simple to make. I've never used the olives since they are hard to get in my area. I do add 2 slices of lemon on top of the fish when I have people over to make it more colorful and "chic". I enjoy this so much I've made it numerous times for myself (only 1 fillet and don't even use the egg wash not to waste one egg just for me. I use a little of water and it works perfectly well. I don't know why others have experienced problems with the wrapping of the wax paper. Just keep on practicing, you'll get it!

First time wrapping fish in parchment paper and it came out soooo good! I used tilapia, it's what I had on hand and the fish was cooked perfectly!

Another great recipe! This was very easy and delicious! Tried it with cod and it came out moist, flakey and the flavors were throughout the fish. I too had problems wrapping the parchment paper, but in the end it all came together. I did add a sprig of rosemary as well; excellent pairing with the Thyme. I think this will work with any white fish. Next time I will try halibut.

Great recipe. My only issue was wrapping the parchment. However it was still moist and delicious.

This dish is FABULOUS! We enjoyed every bite and the extra re-heated very well the next day (even in the microwave. I think this technique would be a great springboard for all kinds of ingredients with all kinds of fish. Love, love, love!

What a GREAT fish recipe! I used tilapia and added 4 green olives in each parchment pack. The fish was moist, easy to prepare and the parchment paper was easy to work with. Bravo Ina, a home run.

Loved it! Haven't tried with it cod but it works great with other types of white fish. Simple to make, light and healthy. Has become a weeknight staple for my busy lifestyle.

Really enjoyed this dish. All ingredients were easy to find, wasn't incredibly difficult/time consuming to prepare or cook. Came out exactly as I hoped it would. Definately a keeper. PS: as a side I made the creamy parmesan polenta - also came out great.Try it!

This was quick, easy and delicious! We used tilapia and a really good olive oil that was infused with lemon, and served with garlic couscous and roasted apsaragus. It was fantastic! This is a perfect meal for entertaining because the fish may be prepared ahead of time.
