I really enjoyed how zesty these onions became, super easy too. I have also made these and added them to a pasta dish I was making, great too.

It's hard to believe that "just onion" could taste so good!! I had dressed the onions and was about to slide them into the oven and had to wait due to a family emergency. I stored them in zip top bag overnight and cooked them the following night. So flavorful and sweet!! This is a keeper!!

used 1 red onion instead of two..with 1 yellow onion... it was a good side dish with the chicken piccata..

As many others have mentioned, my family was VERY skeptical of "just onions" as a side dish, but they absolutely loved them! As a matter of fact, I've made them several times but just discovered I'd lost my recipe!! So glad it was still online!
