Tasty! I did this with a smaller breast only 4.5 pounds and cooked it about the same as directed for a 6-7 lb one, used the same measuring of herbs and garlic for the larger portion as I love the flavors - came out great. A little dry maybe but at fault of my own - never cooked a turkey breast before. Looking forward to the using the leftovers to make a turkey noodle soup.

What a wonderful FLAVORFUL turkey recipe!! (I omitted the sage I made it for Thanksgiving came out perfectly and I used 2 3.5 pound breasts- my guests raved about the recipe. I also used the marinade on bone-in chicken breasts last night and it was just wonderful! I'm making this turkey again for Christmas Eve on Friday for 8, we can't get enough of it in our house! Thank you, Ina!!!

I made this for Thanksgiving dinner this year and it was delicious! Very juicy and flavorful. I did spoon some of the pan juices over the turkey every 30 minutes while I was roasting it, and the skin was nice and golden brown but not burned to a crisp. The only complaint I had was that it was too juicy, so I stuck part of it back in the oven for about 20-30 minutes for the dry turkey lovers. Even after the extra roasting time, it was still moist. I'll definitely make this again!

Simple and the end result was sooooo delicious! I'm adding this to our standard list of recipes. It's not just for Thanksgiving.

My daughter would have given sixteen stars, but that's not an option.
Absolutely the best ever turkey breast recipe I've tried. Moist, yummy, delicious, flavorful, melt-in-your-mouth, there won't be any leftovers.
Not "oomphless" as my family would say.
Beautiful, babe, don't change a thing.
