This is the best recipe for roasted turkey breast. So easy, yet moist and tender.
My daughter used this recipe for Thanksgiving. Everyone loved it. I used the recipe for Christmas. I did not use mustard however, but it was still awsome.
    Thanks!!

I used this recipe for our Christmas turkey and was amazed by how well it turned out. The turkey was so moist and full of flavor; even the leftovers were excellent. This recipe is a keeper and one I will certainly use again!

This was by far the BEST turkey I have ever tasted or made!! The combination of chopped herbs with garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil is superb! The turkey was moist and flavorful. The best part was, I made a turkey soup with the carcass the next day!!
I will use this recipe again on a whole turkey as well as fish..it is PERFECT!!!

I have now made this recipe twice, substituting the the dried mustard with Dijon, skipping the white wine (didn't have any on hand and it came out beautifully both times. As others have mentioned, make this ahead and let it sit more than a hour. Also, make sure to let it sit - it will be so juicy!!

I made this using a 5lb boneless turkey breast because I couldn't find bone-in. My butcher tied it for me. I prepared it and left it in the fridge overnight, then took it out of the fridge about 20 minutes before putting it in the oven. It was done in 2 hours. The recipe is a total no-brainer and makes you look like a rock star. Be sure to let it rest. It makes all the difference in terms of the moistness of the meat. Also, taking it out of the fridge 20-30 minutes before roasting makes for more predictable cooking time. Another fabulous recipe from Ina!

I have never made a Turkey before(I have made alot of other main dishes just not Turkey it was so wonderful. Everyone raved over the flavor of the herbs and the moistness of the meat. I made it early in the morning and then put it in the oven late afternoon and turned out great. Thank You Ina!!!!

This is so amazing! My family really loved it. Especially in the sandwiches the next day!
This will be the new way of making turkey from now on. So much better than downing it in butter. Even the gravy was great!
I will however make my turkey next time in a bag. The dark meat wasn't quit cooked enough when the white meat was juicy and tender-perfect.

I tried this herb mixture on pork and steak also..a bit modified but oh so good! Friends are wowed also!

Thanks Ina! I used this recipe and my family finally praised my turkey. My best friend, who dislikes turkey, ate 2 pieces. Turkey won't just be for holidays anymore!!

This was the easiest and best turkey I've ever made. The most moist and delicious flavor. I can't believe how easy it was. I don't know that I'll ever roast a whole turkey again! Thanks Ina you rock!

This is thee best turkey ever. Used the recipe for Thanksgiving using 2 bone in breasts, doubling the marinade, and they were both perfect. I didn't have mustard powder, but it wasn't missed. Everyone commented more then once that this was the best turkey they've ever had. Even the leftover crumbs were juicy. I've been an Ina fan for years and this did not disappoint. So good.
