Very tasty, everyone loved this dish. The breast was very
moist and delicious. I did not have fresh herbs and used all
    dried herbs.
Thanks Ina for a great dish

I made this turkey for thanksgiving 2010. It was a lot of pressure! My turkey was one of three being served! And it was not only my fam but my boyfriend's as well.... It was gone in less than 10 mins! Everbody LOVED it!! Thanks Ina!!!

Yes, excellent!! I made a 5# turkey breast yesterday in the covered roaster on the grill. Often do that when it's hot outside. Put the rub under the skin since we don't eat it. I omitted the salt...added water half-way up the breast and cooked as directed...maybe a little longer. It was moist and deeelish. This is a favorite!

Excellent recipe! I will definitely be using it again. A great flavor for the turkey! I Jared a 12 pound turkey, therefore I doubled the recipe. I also used a different cooking time; 30 minutes at 500 degrees and then decreased the oven temperature to 350 degrees for about 2 hours until the turkey breast temperature reached 151 degrees. I basted the breast with the pan juices and olive oil throughout the cooking process. This cooking process provided a very moist turkey with a crispy skin.

I have to agree...this excellent recipe surprised us and came out S-O-O-O-O moist and tasty! The remains of the lemon I squeezed for the recipe was placed inside the cavity, adding moisture and flavor on the inside as well. Thank You Ina for providing us with yet another of your extra fabulous and simple recipes.
