This is a wonderful and easy recipe that
makes eggs elegant. (NOW I know why I bought those Apilco dishes!! Thanks for
    another delicious recipe, Ina.

These eggs are devine, and the aroma fills the air!! If you make this with Ina's pear/endive salad, you can add the egg white not used in the salad dressing into this egg dish. No waste.

I made these eggs for myself on Saturday for breakfast and before I got to the table, they were gone. My family ate them up and wanted more. Now they are our favorite for breakfast. Absolutely love them. Thanks for giving eggs a new twist.

I made the "college student" version of this. Dried herbs and cooked each egg in an individual muffin tin. It still turned out delicious.

Everything in life should be this easy and simple - and taste great, too! We're not partial to 'herb' seasonings, so I made a bread-crumb topping from seasoned croutons, garlic powder, and seasoned grated parmasan cheese. I cut back to two eggs apiece, and double the milk and butter amounts (I used fat-free half-n-half. It was heavenly... and sooo quick and easy. This will be one of my favorite staples.
