Amazing! I made the rice with Ina's Scallops Provencal and roasted asparagus and it was excellent. My family, (including two kids under 5 ate every last bite. Next time I will double the recipe for leftovers. A++!

We really enjoyed this recipe! We don't like to overdo with rice, but with this recipe, it gives us a more healthy option and can be used as a base for additional recipes. Thanks so much for sharing!

This was so tasty and delicious! My dish looked like restaurant quality! To the reviewer that suggested roasting capri tomatoes in the oven and then mashing into the rice, THANK YOU, that really made the entire dish unbelievable. All the flavors that came together were so good. I will be making this again and again.

Easy and absolutely delicious. I used my rice cooker and paired it with Ina's curried chicken salad recipe. It was excellent and such an easy meal! The rice was flavorful and the presentation was beautiful! Ina your recipes never fail me :

My family really loved this rice recipe. I will be making it often. I made this to serve with chicken kabobs and roasted veggies. I would suggest doubling the recipe. I love leftovers, but you will be lucky to have any!

Love, love, love this recipe! It is so simple and pairs well with a variety of different meals. It is wonderful as is but is also versatile and the herbs can easily be changed if the main dish you are making uses something else. This is my go to rice side dish and my boyfriend constantly requests it.
