This recipe is wonderful, but trying to print the 3x5 card is not so wonderful. There are 3 sentences left out on the first card. So, I either have to fill it in with a pen or retype the entire card to make it look decent, which is becoming very frustrating. Does anyone ever edit these cards before they're posted on the Food Network?

I'm giving this 5 stars. This was very tasty-we had it with the Baked Mahi Mahi with Wine and Herbs. I left out the scallions because I do not care for them. Our daughter loved it too. We just got a rice cooker so maybe next time we will make in our new cooker.

Excellent recipe. Had this as a side with Salmon and it was a perfect compliment, especially with the dill. We will be making this one in the future. Thank you!

I'm not a big rice fan, but if what you're making needs rice this is the one to make. I cooked mine with a little vegetable stock just to add mroe flavor and it turned out great.

I am not a big rice eater. This recipe is delicious. I substitue rosemary for the dill. Other wise I do the recipe as Ina has written it. I have made this recipe many, many times over the past 3+ years and will continue to. Very easy and so very good. Way to go Ina getting me to eat rice. Thanks.

When reading the reviews I could not imagine a recipe this simple being so delicious addictive, but other reviewers are right! Once you start eating it you could easily eat 3 servings! It's light and tasty. I made the whole recipe (just for myself and figured I'd eat one serving and put the rest away. 2 servings later I had to force myself to put the rest in the fridge, and was still sneaking bites while spooning it into tupperware! Very good and super simple!

This rice was fantastic! I could have eaten the entire bowl myself in one sitting. I substituted green onion for scallion and curly leaf parsley for flat leaf. I also used cilantro in this dish and omitted the pepper. I was leary about using the salt and butter, but they worked phenomenally well. This will become a staple rice dish in my house. It gave such a flavorful twist to an old favorite. Thank you, Ina!

I made this rice tonight to go with some spicy grilled shrimp. It was the perfect accompaniment. Nice supple herby flavor without being overpowering. Basmati rice smelled wonderful while cooking to perfection in my rice cooker. I simply added the herbs after the rice was done, covered it and what a wonderful flavor when time to serve.

This is so incredibly easy, yet so delicious. I've even made it with dried herbs, and it's still wonderful.

I serve this rice dish with almost everything. Even my 18 month old son loves it
