    Hello,
This is very good. Those that found it bland, you do know you can add flavor right. I think the beautiful and handsome cooks of food network wouldn't mind if their viewers used their recipes as a base and then make it your own. I have made this with different spices and even made it mexican like. So think about what you write and reread what you write and just use some emagination to your cookin, thats the fun of cooking making a recipe your own. God bless all of you and keep you safely in His arms
And may I say a big thank you t0 all the food network cooks and all of you that suggest new things on the web page to make a recipe different

Loved it! So easy to combine, and ready in just a few minutes. It was the perfect starter for my dinner party.

my husband doesn't like goat cheese, so we substituted feta cheese. We used it as a spread for veggie wraps and loved it!

So easy and hits the spot. I love it! It's fresh, garlicky, tangy and compliments the cool cucumber so well. It reminds me of the sandwiches I had growing up in the Middle East. I will make this again and again . . . and believe it or not, would eat it for breakfast.

It was just ok. I had high hopes for this recipe...but it didn't smell appetizing or look appetizing. It was incredibly easy to prepare but fell short at taste-testing time. I made it to take to a family function, but decided to leave it at home instead. My husband tasted it (he will eat anything but he didn't like it at all!

Love the concept and love cucumber sandwiches so had to try but the flavor of the goat cheese was overwhelming and actually competed with the cucumber which it should have supported. Thank God I tried it before feeding it to others.

Wow, I may have to plan a party as an excuse to make these again. The recipe is absolutely perfect.

Otherwise you end up with bigger overwhelming bites of garlic in the spread

I made the exact recipe times two for a big party, and used half for the sandwiches and half as a dip (accompanied with crackers and baby carrots. Both were really good.
