Fabulous! They were super easy to make. I took them out at 25 minutes which was a little too long for the butter/brown sugar mixture to be nice and runny...but, the rolls themselves were still great. I made them for Christmas Eve brunch and had a couple left over which I ate today and they were still great. I plan on making these again this week and will use the disposable pan as recommended by the comments since it was a pretty sticky mess afterwards.

Get out your forks. You will need them to keep the snatchers, who want another one, at bay. Made these for our Wednesday morning breakfast group. Easy peasy to make and as the reviews said, just watch what is going on in the oven.

I took the easy route and bought the disposable foil cupcake pans. Sprayed them with PAM, as recommended. No sticky removal and a no fuss, no muss clean-up.

Caution: Place on top rack in the oven and use something to catch the large amount of bubble over on the lower rack otherwise you will be smoking yourself out of the kitchen and end-up cleaning the oven. (Don't ask me how I know this

I will make them again ... and again ...

Wow were these easy and great tasting! I changed the oven time to 20 minutes for my oven and other than that did everything exact! I used my non stick muffin tins so cleanup was a breeze! will be making more today for an office function tomorrow! Thanks for a great recipe Ina!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have tried lots of Ina's recipes and loved every one, but this missed the mark. Like some others mentioned, mine turned into a burnt gooey mess that I threw away once I got them unstuck from the muffin tin. I checked a couple times while baking and they were doing OK, then turned to black really fast. I baked at least half dozen other recipes within the same weekend and everything else turned out fine, so know the issue was not my oven temp being off. I did try a non-burnt piece to see how they tasted and was disappointed. The texture looked like a French brioche which I love, so figured if the taste was there, I would try the recipe again. In my opinion, the taste was not there. Just seemed like sweetened puff pastry. Will not try again.

This recipe was the BOMB!! I had only one sheet of puff pastry so I decided to give this a trial run. I prepared enough ingredients for one sheet (6 buns. I also lined two of the muffin cups with cupcake liners to see if that would ease the cleanup. I baked for 30 minutes at 400 degrees and they came out cooked perfectly, but the 2 with the liners were a tad underdone. The next time I make these, I will use liners in all cups and turn up the temp a little higher. The cleanup will be much easier and I also liked the little ridges made from the liners. DELISH!

I made these sticky buns yesterday and they were a hit this morning at school. My mom also requested them to be a part of our Christmas breakfast cause she was the test taster. Thanks Ina you never let me down!

This recipe was amazing. We took them to our New Years party and they were gone within minutes. Sticky buns are suppose to be a sweet treat. I did check on it before the time was up going by what other comments were posted...time we cooked was roughly 20-25 mins. ENJOY!!
