These are delicious, but I could use some help getting them to stick together. The only thing I changed is I cut the coconut to cut the sweetness a bit. Other than that I'm following the recipe and letting them cool completely. I'll keep trying though because these are so yummy!

Too sweet! Tried recipe a couple of times - Cut honey in half and you will have a perfect granola bar.

I have made these at least a dozen times...and each time I make a double batch! These are absolutely phenomenal but their is one huge problem..every time I make them my husband takes a batch into work for the guys and I share them with neighbors and friends and then they are gone! I guess I'll have to start making triple batches!!!

Oh Ina! Disappointed. You usually make the best stuff, hands down, but this one still needs some work. These came out way too sweet, like biting into solidified honey. Just way too much honey flavor and really sticky. Maybe swapping out some honey for some corn syrup or peanut butter, or something...

As usual, totally reliable. Mix it up with differet nuts and fruit. Use what you have on hand.

After eating commercially prepared so-called "protein" bars for too long, I did a google search to make my own. These popped up and they are fantastic! The only thing I had to change was the almond amount -- I only had half a cup, so I just added another half cup of oats. I wouldn't change a thing about these!

Made these for my husband to take on a car trip. He had to travel for some training with some other men. Made these along with some really good coffee. They raved about them. Said they were the perfect on the go breakfast. Thank you Ina. They were so easy to make.
