Cooking time is too long. After 30 minutes I took it out of the oven because it would've burned. Could've been a little sweeter. But adding the dried fruit probably added that extra needed sweetness. Good recipe otherwise.

I have made this several times, and we love it, so easy to make. I switch up the additions often and love it with yogurt, and fresh berries.

This came out to be excellent- I made it for my students to snack on before a big exam!

One thing I would change is the coooking time- I felt it roasted for a little too long- the mix was very dark; I also boiled some honey and threw it on after the mix had cooled for a little exrta sweetness!! Would make again!

I made three batches. The first was per recipe and it was sort of bland. Second and third I added a third cup of brown sugar to the dry and some vanilla to the wet. Smelled wonderful and very tasty. I also varied the nuts and fruit and reduced the coconut by half in the second and third batches. Definitely worthwhile to reduce the temp...I dropped to 300 which made a big difference in controlling the time and burnt edges.

I love this recipe! It's so versatile and delicious. I change fruits and nuts according to what's on hand and it always turns out great. Do not omit the coconut though. It really adds texture and sweetness. I do reduce oven to 250 and stir every 15 minutes for 1 hour. It also helps to line the pan with parchment paper. Serve over Greek yogurt and fresh berries. Yum!

I love this recipe!! I never thought I could make my own granola!! Seriously, this is very simple and easy. I took the advice of some other posters and decreased the temp of my oven to 325 and I take it out every 10 min or so and stir it thoroughly - that is the hardest part really. I also have used unsweetened coconut and added walnuts then I increased the amount of honey to 1 full cup. Excellent recipe, I change up the dried fruit as well from dried mangos, cranberries, cherries, raisens, whatever YOU like. Very easy, simple and delicious recipe!! Oh yeah, be sure to use the Old Fashion Oats... I used the quick cooking kind the first time and although they were tasty, definately not very crispy and kinda almost mushy. Well worth using the Old Fashion Oats.

I looked for several different Granola Recipes but when I compared them this sounded simple and good so I tried it. I have never made my own granola before......OH MY OH MY. You MUST try this recipe. I followed it exactly except used a blend of dried fruits from Costco. Unbelievable !! I eat it ever morning sprinkled over ZOI honey Greek yogurt. I gave little samples out to my co-workers. I have printed out this recipe 15 times it got so many raves.....the beauty of it is, you can change up the basic recipe to whatever you want. Really, you will not be dissapointed.

This granola is very tasty. But like a few others mentioned, you really have to check it every couple of minutes. I think mine went about 2 minutes too long and the coconut was a little too dark. I only baked it for about 30 minutes. Otherwise, very tasty combo and will be great in yogurt!
