These marshmallows are sooooosososooooo good! I thought the process of making them was extremely easy as well. I put red food coloring in them and made them the prettiest color of pink and now there is a big bin of them in our pantry for whoever just wants to have a sweet treat! I plan on making too for a baby shower coming up where I'm making a cake. Thought these would be a cute favor on a stick with sprinkles and dipped in chocolate...sounds delicious to me

Incredibly easy recipe! I just made three batches of these for Valentine's Day treats. I added 5 drops of red food coloring to make them pink. They look beautiful so far, and are still setting. Eventually going to cut these out with a heart cookie cutter and dip them in chocolate. Thanks Ina!

Pretty easy and sooo much better tasting than store bought. 4 out of 5 stars because someone should warn against overwhipping and to have the dusted baking dish ready to go immediately. You have to get the whipped mixture in the pan before it starts to cool or it's a nightmare! I'd also recommend lining the dish w/ foil or waxed paper for easier removal. I made 2 batches, one regular and one with mint extract instead of vanilla...to borrow from Rachael Ray YUMMO! Use good quality, pure vanilla extract because that's all of the flavor. Both flavors taste great in coffee, cocoa and of course s'mores.

Awesome and easy! Mine didn't take nearly 15 min to whip though. Great on hot chocolate and don't even get me started on s'mores. :

Have been making these for years from the Family Style book. Awesome everytime - only thing better is her toasted coconut version. This one is so versatile, change the extract for a different flavor every time. As written, on a stick dipped in chocolate and covered in Halloween sprinkles is how me made them this week. My 4 yr old is a rock star at preschool becuase he made marshamallows!
