It's simple, quick, and delicious! Will mix with half and half and refrigerate overnight. Looking forward to breakfast tomorrow morning.

This was so much better than I thought it would be! It did not look very appealing to me in the bowl- but it was DELISH! I subbed walnuts for hazels and used all strawberries. It's kinda like cold oatmeal but better! I will be making this again.

I'm a big oatmeal fan so I was excited to try this, and even more excited that it came out DELICIOUS! I made it at night & let it sit in the fridge..had the next morning with a banana sliced in, and it was a perfect, delicious breakfast. I DID not add the extra sugar to the berries--I don't think it needed any extra sweetness, the honey was perfect. This will definitely be a frequent breakfast for me!

If you're like me, you read this recipe and thought, "Um, the idea of chewing on raw oats... ew." But I tried it anyway, and WOW. This is surprisingly absolutely delicious. The oats soften, but they don't become thick, like cooked oatmeal; they're very light. The amount of honey is perfect to sweeten the oatmeal. I had strawberries on hand, but had to substitute the raspberries and hazelnuts - sunflower seeds, chopped almonds, and dried cranberries. I also omitted the 2 teaspoons of sugar and used a carton of light vanilla yogurt, since that's what I had on hand. Creamy, sweet, tangy, crunchy, and easily customizable - I can EASILY envision myself becoming addicted to this.

Like Ina, I've had the cardboard flavored Muesli. This is not bland at all. I was really impressed with how tasty and easy this was. I'll definitely be making it again.

I am not a huge fan of oatmeal, but try to eat it b/c I know its good for me. I had guests come in from out of town and she requested healthy meals which worked well for me because I really try to eat healthy. I was skeptical about this recipe just because it's not something I would normally make. WOW! It was so good. The flavor combination was great. The yogurt tied the fruit in with the oatmeal. My guests and husband loved it. The honey really flavored the oatmeal and made it really good! This is now a regular on my list!! Thanks INA! You are awesome! ( I didnt have hazelnuts and toasted some almonds instead

I've had some really bad Muesli this one is amazing. With a few ingredients you have a great breakfast and an even better snack. Thanks Ina this took my Muesli fear away LOL.
