Simply delicious. I used 1% milk along with the half and half. Also used the 3-pack Callbaut chocolate bars (72% dark and milk chocolate from Trader Joe's and used all of them. The result was luxurious and complex, great depth of flavor. Kudos to Ina, once again! Note: don't skimp on the quality of the chocolate. First time I used Ghirardelli and it was good; with the Callebaut it's phenomenal.

It remains me of cold winters that my
mom or Grandma made Hot Chocolate and told old family stories.

It was super easy to make, and a huge hit. I followed some other reviews and used semi sweet chocolate instead of milk chocolate. Next time I will follow the recipe. I like my hot chocolate a little sweeter.

Divine! This hot chocolate is delicious. I added a dash of cayenne and used bitter sweet and semi sweet and it turned out just perfect.

Amazing...I haven't been to Paris in over 12 years but just drinking this takes me right back to that little cafe around the corner from The Louvre! As the other reviewers have said, I will never be using powdered coco mix again! Thank you!!!!

I agree with other reviews! This was incredibly good! It's perfect for the holidays but it's quite rich so i'll be prudent during other times of the year. Worth the wait though.

I can never go back to coco powder. Ever. And I don't even like chocolate.
