    I agree with other posters here, this is hummus as it's meant to be. Absolutely scrumptious, I couldn't stop eating it. Thank you, Ina. I'll be using this one in perpetuity!!

    I know hummus, and this recipe's a keeper. We love garlic, so the more, the better. Our guests really enjoyed it, too. Flavors seem to meld even moreso overnight - if you're lucky enough to have leftovers!

    Used only 2 cloves of garlic and it turned out fantastic!! Very pretty with the olive oil and pine nuts too!

    I made this with the Chipotle flavored tabasco for the "hot sauce" portion of the recipe. It is outstanding! I also like that the recipe does not use olive oil so it is a *little* bit healthier for that reason. This one's a keeper!

    I went to Ina's recipe first when I decided to try my first homemade hummus. I don't plan to try any others... this is the perfect basic hummus! Such a great and healthy afternoon snack with raw baby carrots! This is definitely a keeper and will get lots and lots of use in my house!
