    I tried this recipe as I had been looking for a hummus recipe that tasted like the hummus a friend made for me in college - this is it!! This is the only hummus recipe that I use now.

    This recipe is slightly bitter I think due to it being heavy on the tahini. Also, how can you have hummus without olive oil?

    I added Olive Oil, more lemon and hot sauce and we ate it, but definitely not a favorite.

    I love Ina and her recipes. I was so disappointed when I made this. It has too much of the tahini flavor. Sorry Ina, I really wanted to love this.

    I have several Hummus recipes and wasn't really going to try another one, but I am so glad I did. This one made me throw my other ones out!
