Not great as written. Definitely cut the lemon juice in half and add some olive oil.

Once I cut the amount of lemon juice and salt in half, this recipe was fantastic! All of our friends loved it.

I just found this recipe and LOVE it. Easy and inexpensive to make. I like mine more smooth, so I just let the food process go longer and added a couple of tablespoon of EVOO and the mouth feel is wonderful!!

The Contessa gets it right again. This recipe is so easy and adaptable. I use half the salt. Try adding about 2-3 tbsp's of minced sun dried tomato or roasted red pepper.

The lemon, salt and garlic were all a bit overpowering, so I'll cut down on each next time I make this. But I loved how easy it was!

This was so easy to whip up! I added Sriracha sauce instead of Tabasco.... and topped with chopped tomatoes, sliced almonds, and a swirl of olive oil and Siriracha! Awesome!

The hummus came out really good, but the lemon flavor was a bit overpowering for my palate. I think I'll put half the amount of lemon next time and it'll be much better.
