Ingredients
- 10 to 14 fresh raspberries
- 1-ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3 ounces ice cold water
- 1/2-ounce simple syrup (see note), or to taste
- 2 ounces orange flavored vodka
- 1/2-ounce Triple Sec
- Lime slice, for garnish
Directions
Chill a martini glass.
Place the raspberries, lime juice, water and simple syrup in a blender and pulse until smooth.
Place the vodka, raspberry sauce and Triple Sec in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake until cold. Stain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lime slice.
- Note: To make simple syrup, place equal amounts of water and superfine sugar in a bottle and shake until the sugar is dissolved.

This little martini recipe is very good. We had friends over for a light dinner and we served this "Ina-Tini" as well. A resounding success!

This is a TERRIFIC martini. I used frozen rasberries just for the convience. I am adding this martini to my list of favorite drink recipes.
