    This is wonderful. The cooked onions really make this dish. Yummy. Even my picky boys liked this. The cooked onions gave them a slightly sweet taste with a LOT of flavor!

    I'm not a big fan of meat loaves but after I tried this, I can honestly say that I'm completely hooked. This is by far the best I've ever had..

    She just never fails me. I know this will be one I make when I am stuck. We didn't care much for the ketchup on top so next time I will go back to Mom's canned tomato soup on top, the whole family likes that

    I can't believe how tender and moist these little meat loaves came out. My husband and I savored every morsel. Sauteing the onions first is brilliant. Thank you for your brilliance Ina!!! Love the show!!! -Huge fan in Highlands, NJ

    My family thought they hated meat loaf till they tried this recipe! Now it will be most-requested! I made it exactly as Ina did. The mashed potatoes were to die for as well.

    I don't know why I am surprised this is amazing as it is an Ina recipe. Every recipe she has is delicious. This one is superb and amazingly moist. I didn't know meatloaf could be so moist. I followed the recipe pretty exact except for adding in a red bell pepper that was going bad. I diced it up and sauteed with the onions.
    Flavor of this dish is excellent.
