I followed this recipe exact and it is by far the best meatloaf I have ever made. Thanks Ina...you're the best!

I don't know why I am surprised this is amazing as it is an Ina recipe. Every recipe she has is delicious. This one is superb and amazingly moist. I didn't know meatloaf could be so moist. I followed the recipe pretty exact except for adding in a red bell pepper that was going bad. I diced it up and sauteed with the onions.
Flavor of this dish is excellent.

My husband loves meatloaf but I was tired of the traditional recipies. What a wonderful suprise to try this recipe. They were wonderful! I had left overs so I made meatloaf sliders with mozzarella cheese for our super bowl party and our guests were asking for the recipe. Thanks Ina for turning me back on to meatloaf.

I followed this receipe to the letter, including getting ground chuck with less than the recommended % of fat. There were way too many onions, too much Worchestershire, and they were so greasy! I won't be making this again.

YOU WOULDN'T THINK INA COULD IMPROVE THIS CLASSIC MEAL...BUT SHE DID!! EVERYONE I HAVE MADE THESE FOR HAS FALLEN IN LOVE WITH THIS MEAL. IT MAKES YOU OUT TO BE THIS FANTASTIC COOK, BUT IT'S SO SIMPLE. I PAIR IT WITH INA'S RECIPE FOR MASHED POTATOES AND I GET COMPLIMENTS FOR DAYS. THANKS!!

Easy to cut recipe in half. I added parsley and used "fresh" bread crumbs. Perfect dinner for two.

I used less onions as well and Italian bread crumbs which may have added more flavor. I think it's going to be my go to meatloaf recipe.

I cooked this in a 9 x 12 glass pan and it allowed the extra fat to drain away.
I never cared for Meat Loaf before but this was delicious. My only changes were 3/4 tsp of dried thyme leaves and instead of bread crumbs I used 3/4 cup of oatmeal. Next time I'll add more ketchup to the top of the loaf. The ketchup really added to the flavor. This was so easy, I'm sure I'll be making it again.
