My fiance is a stickler for eating healthy, yet he has always loved meat loaf. I used this Ina recipe and substituted turkey and it was still so delish! It stayed moist even with the turkey. Such a simple meat loaf recipe--yet unbeatable. The individual meat loaves are really great and store handily in the fridge for leftovers--makes great sandwiches!

This was a really great recipe. I made it as one meatloaf instead of individuals.

I would like to cook this just as one big meatloaf and I don't know how long to cook it? Would I just use a meat thermometer and cook until 160 degrees, like many meats?

I rated it stars because the system requires a rating and I'm sure it will be 5 stars!

This meatloaf is pretty easy to make and a real crowd pleaser. I substitued the ground beef with buffalo meat to make it leaner/ healthier. My boyfriend loved it!

I made this tonight and LOVED it! The only thing I did different was add green pepper and bake it on a rack over my baking pan to drain the fat. Another winner Ina.

It was very delicious. My family liked it. It was something new for us because I usually cook Armenian food. Thanks, Ina.

As always Ina... your recipe is a masterpiece! I made one large meatloaf... since I had to halve the recipe (I only had 1lb. of ground beef. I also used Italian dressing in place of the chicken broth since it was the only flavored liquid I had on hand. She seriously blows me (and my husband away with every recipe that I try.

I made this today and my husband, who doesn't like meatloaf, thought it was very good. It was so moist and flavorful. Will be making again. Yum, yum,

I never used a meatloaf recipe - always winged it on my own. I watched the episode this recipe was introduced and for some reason decided to try. Wow, my husband and I really do like it. Instead of him suggesting meatloaf once a month it's every week now. I didn't alter a thing.
