I'm not a big meatloaf fan but this was delicious! Very simple to make. Big on flavor! I thought that 3 cups of onions was going to be too much, but I was wrong, it added great flavor. Will make again.

This is was a great meatloaf recipe. I am just starting to cook a lot and I found this very easy. Instead of using three onions, i took the advice of another review and added one cup of sliced mushrooms. It was awesome! I also added two cloves of pressed garlic and extra breadcrumbs along with some green onions to the beef mix. The cooking time was a little longer for me, maybe like ten extra mins. I also baked the loafs on a wire cooling rack for sake of not letting the cute lil' devils float around in grease. Another lovely creation by Ina. Every recipe I have ever made of hers is always wonderful.

I never make meatloaf the same way twice but now I will. This is great for dinner, snack or lunch box the next day! After forming the individual loaves, I brushed the top with worstershire sauce then ketchup. On the side of the loaves I roasted a few onions. Amazing! Friends showed up for tea and ended up staying for dinner. They all loved it!

Ina, thank you so much for your show! I enjoy watching you everyday that you are on. This is so gooooood!!!!! I do put a little chopped bell pepper, liquid smoke, garlic, and Bar-B-Q sauce on top of each one, then top it off with 1/2 slice of applewood smoked bacon on each loaf. I also use 1lb. ground beef with 1lb. ground pork. It makes 8-10 loaves depending on how high I pile it on the cooking spoon! I'm from Texas and we cook with a lot of flavor. Also, thank you for explaining why you need to mix with a fork and not your hands. I would of never known!

These are wonderful! I don't like meatloaf and I loved this recipe. I also got a lot of compliments on it. I would recommend finely chopping the onions though as they tend to make the meat crumble if diced to large.
