This was by far the best meatloaf I have ever made. It was a big hit at dinner last night. The meat was so moist and flavorful. I love Ina and she scores big for this dish. I also made the mashed potatoes and sprouts as well..totally delicious meal.

I loved his meat loaf! I used laura's lean organic beef! I also added a teaspoon of minced garlic in a jar. I also added an extra tsp of tomato paste, and added 10 minute to the cooking time. it's wonderful! And the mini loaves are sooooo cute! I'm sure kids would love this one. I didn't add the buttermilk to my mashed potato recipe, but I did add a tbsp of sour cream! Anyone who wants a great dinner...this one is a must!

I tried the recipe and used ground turkey to reduce the fat. I eyeballed all of the other ingredients probably adding a little more than the recipe called for. I would make it again and serve it over spaghetti and tomato sauce because it reminded me of meatballs.

This was a minor hit with the family. Instead of ketchup on top, I prefer grilling sauce.

Awesome meatloaf Ina! I made one big loaf for us and it turned out great. My husband just loves meatloaf sandwiches the day after I make it. Thanks for never disappointing us! You know your business!

This is the best meatloaf recipe! I baked mine in a loaf pan and got great results. It smells so fantastic when baking that friends considered changing dinner reservations to stay for meatloaf. If there happens to be some left over, it is excellent the next day. Try serving it with Ina's mac & cheese.

I watched your show on these meatloaves and my mouth was watering. I made them for my family..........none left for sandwiches. Thank you for this wonderful alternative to regular meatloaf.
