I haven't been able to make a good meatloaf but I love to eat it. This recipe is good, best meatloaf i've ever had! Now I can eat meatloaf more often.

It was dry and no one really liked it in my house. Won't make it again.

We really enjoyed these meat loafs. I made 8 out of this reciepe. Used two and have been enjoying the remainder when I was too tired to make dinner.
Love to watch Ina's shows. Keep up the good work.

I have made this recipe three times and can't wait until the fourth time. I hated meatloaf before trying this recipe. I didn't find it bland at all. It turns out perfect and tender everytime I make it. Thank you, Ina, for providing the ultimate comfort food for me and my family.

I don't usually eat beef but I made it and it was great. I was a little skeptical about the flavor since there was no salt/pepper added to the actual meat. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. Every bite was moist and very flavorful. My daughter thought there were too many onions but that was it. My family liked it. There was alot of grease in the pan so what I did was remove the loaves from the pan and place in another dish so they would not soak up the grease. I am going to try again but with my ground turkey.

I made this for lunch today. A minor substitution -- I did not use ground chuck b/c it has too much fat. I used ground round and it turned out fabulous. I also did not have any thyme in the house so I used oregano. I doubled the amount of tomato paste b/c I love the taste and I only used 1 egg (that's all I had. The meatloaf is DELICIOUS. It is sooo moist and out of this world good. I will now use this as my meatloaf recipe.

This was an easy and delicious recipe that won over my husband (not a meatloaf fanwho asked for a repeat performance. AND...tt was actually very easy to put together (coming from a girl that hates to cook.

This recipe was two of my favorite things, good and easy. I substituted lean ground turkey for the beef, and steak sauce for the worcestershire (because I was outand I used 3 egg whites instead of two whole eggs. Because the turkey is so lean, there wasn't a whole lot of fat oozing out, like some other reviewers had when they used beef. I'm going to prepare this in a meatloaf pan next time. Thanks, Ina!
