This recipe is moist and flavorful! I used a ribbed shallow baking dish to keep the loaves out of the grease after reading some of the reviews. They turned out perfect! Thanks Ina for another keeper!

This meatloaf recipe is full of flavor and very easy to make. We've finally found the meatloaf recipe we're going to keep, and we can't wait to make meatballs with it!

Nothing exciting here but I did like the idea of sauteing the onions and mixing w/worcestershire. Definately adds flavor. Mushrooms would be good as well. Way too much fat, would suggest half turkey or pork.

This item was a great hit with my wife who is an ardent meat loaf lover. She liked this one so much she insists that I make it the next time my son, another meat loaf enthusiast, is home.

I made this recipe but instead of using gound beef I used ground turkey. They still came out extremely moist. There was absolutely no grease like traditional meatloaves.
