I have made this meatloaf several times. It is extremely moist. I let the tomato paste brown on the bottom of the pan then use the WS and chicken stock to deglaze. I have not used another recipe since.

These ROCK! I made them with 90/10 ground beef and halved the recipe...I wish I had room for another!

By making them smaller - they were more moist than a larger meatloaf and much more flavorful. I never sauted the onions and stuff first before but it made a huge difference. I will always make it this way. Thanks.

I hate meatloaf BUT I love THIS meatloaf. Easy to make and it was moist with flavor. Will def. make this again - the whole family was happy. Thank you again Ina.

These were fantastic. I've tried several different Meatloaf receipes and none of them hold a candle to this! I was initally concerned with how much onion but if you cook them till they are transparent it just adds some sweetness and tons of moisture! They were even better for lunch the next day. Thanks Ina

We really loved these individual meatloaves. They are really full of flavour and easy to make. We found the portion size was a bit big, so I think I'll make them smaller next time. Other than that, no complaints!
