My husband has always hated meatloaf, bad experiences, but he loved these. These have so much flavor, their great. Definate comfort food.

As a rule, I hate meatloaf. Ina changed my mind. These little guys were delicious. I would eat them again!! I'm pinching myself to make sure I'm awake--did I really say that I liked meatloaf??? Yup, sure did. They rocked.

Oh my God! This was the best meatloaf I have ever tasted. I am not a huge meatloaf fan, but I like the idea of comfort food, so i thought I would try it. Delicious. I served it with Rachel Ray's cream cheese smashed potatoes (because there is no peeling involved. Outstanding meal. My husband went back for seconds and I ate it for lunch the next day.

This was easy to prepare, but there was no pizzazz to it and it was a little oily. It's good, but not a recipe I'll save.

i tried this recipe, and it was wonderful. i save take-out containers from restaurants, (the good plastic ones that you can re-use, and one is in the form of a mini-loaf pan. so i placed the mixture in that to get some form of meat loaf, and placed it on the baking sheet. this is a keeper. thanks.

I tried this meatloaf recipe and it was wonderful! My family and my 89-year old mother-in-law thought it was the best meatloaf they ever had.

I love to collect recipes & try different variations of a food like meatloaf.
I also like to serve foods in a unique way - some ideas affect flavor; others just a unique way to serving!
Ex - I will sometimes serve meatloaf stuffed in an orange. This does affect the meatloaf's flavor & it's delicious with a great presentation.

Serve as a main loaf, individual loaves, in muffin tins, as a patty, in an orange, etc, etc.

This is a fabulous recipe. I like the small amount of breadcrumbs and large amount of onions (makes it tender and juicy. You will not regret making this.

My family has at least one dinner each week when everyone arrives at a different time. This is a great main course for that reason. The flavor was great, it was easy to prepare, and it was a surprise for everyone. My son really loved taking his own loaf to his night job for a dinner break. For our family, it was just a bit too many onions, but there are no other concerns.
