Really good and really easy! Would recommend to anyone looking for a relatively painless meatloaf recipe. Thanks Ina!

I am a big fan of Ina Garten, but I must say this was one of the most tasteless, ordinary meatloaf recipes I have ever cooked. It was totally flat and flavorless. I personally like meatloaf to be dense and pate-like -- this was like eating a not very well prepared, nor very well seasoned, hamburger.

This made a really tasty meatloaf! I've never made meatloaf before and had a difficult time deciding which recipe to chose... so I went with this one because it had good reviews. I'm glad I did... the meatloaf turned out to be awesome!!! I was worried b/c some people said it was bland but it wasn't bland at all. I tweaked the recipe a bit, I was worried it would make a lot so I cut the recipe in half and instead of bread crumbs I used 1 cup of crushed saltine crackers. It turned out awesome!

I personally don't eat meat, but made these for my husband's family who love meatloaf. It was a huge hit...they turned out so perfectly that the family thought I catered the meal! Thank you for another fabulous recipe, Ina.

These freeze really well! I make the personal "loaves" in dinner portion size and store them in a big freezer bag. They microwave in minutes! The chopped onions keep the meatloaf moist..even with ground turkey.

A healthy freezer staple for the winter months.

Delicious, extremely simple to whip up and beautiful to serve! Used 3 lbs 90% lean, organic beef, and added 2 slices of bread soaked in milk and squeezed "dry". Added a bit more tomato paste and used ground thyme instead of fresh--about 1/2 tsp. Made 7 loaves and 1 mini loaf. Baked for approx 55 minutes to perfection. Moist and loved by entire group, including children and grandparents!

just made this to bake for dinner tonight. Have not eaten it yet, but I know it will be tasty. I thought the portions were huge, even the six mini size. So I portioned out 8 mini loaves and I will bake 4 for my family tonight and I put the other 4 onto a cookie sheet in the feezer til firm then I will individually wrap them to bake next week!
